I was very impressed with Sissel's Lean Six Sigma knowledge. She makes it easy to identify improvements and create results.
Trick or Treat?
Today it's Halloween, and you might have to choose between trick OR treat :-)
Or maybe you could have BOTH ;-)
That's what the genius of the AND is about...
"Genius of the AND"
I am very inspired by Jim Collins. In his book "Built to last" he introduces the concept "Genius of the AND". Builders of greatness reject the "Tyranny of the OR" and embrace the "Genius of the AND". They embrace two extremes at the same time: purpose and profit, continuity and change, freedom and responsibility, discipline and creativity, humility and will, etc.
10 years anniversary
Lean Tech is 10 years the first of November 2023!
The purpose of Lean Tech is to contribute to increased competitiveness AND sustainability
AND we will continue with that:-)
It's encouraging that more and more people see competitiveness and sustainability as interconnected!
Continuous improvement AND sustainability
Continuous improvement is essential in sustainability reporting because organizations are expected not only to report their current status but also to actively work to improve their sustainable performance over time.
To integrate continuous improvement in sustainability reporting means that the organization:
- Sets clear and measurable sustainability goals.
- Regularly monitors and evaluates its own performance in relation to these goals.
- Identifies areas for improvement based on evaluations.
- Implements measures to address these areas.
- Reports on progress and the challenges associated with these improvements.
By following this cycle, the organization demonstrates its commitment to continuous improvement and reinforces its commitment to sustainability
If you need a sparring partner on continuous improvement and sustainability
Lean Tech has just announced a new course - Program for emission that combines process knowledge and sustainability.
Wish you a lovely Halloween - perhaps you'll get both trick AND treat:-)
