I was very impressed with Sissel's Lean Six Sigma knowledge. She makes it easy to identify improvements and create results.

Continuous improvement starts with courage
Achieve continuous improvement by grasping opportunities as they appear. Have you ever missed a chance simply because you didn’t see it or because fear held you back?
It takes courage to step out of your comfort zone. Trying something new or initiating change always involves uncertainty. But the reward is often worth the risk.
When you focus on what you can accomplish, fear loses its grip. Most fear isn’t rooted in fact it’s based on uncertainty and assumptions.
To grow, you need to switch off the internal autopilot, the voice that says NO to everything unfamiliar. That voice often prevents us from recognizing or acting on valuable opportunities.
Instead, ask questions. Be curious. Explore options. Information leads to better decisions and more confidence to act.
Continuous improvement starts with awareness and curiosity.
Ask more. Challenge more. Try more. Grow more.
By increasing your awareness, it becomes easier to see opportunities for improvement.
Continuous improvement is not just about tools, it’s about challenging assumptions, questioning routines, and staying open to change. It's about building new habits and making better, data-driven decisions.
And above all, it requires courage to act, to adapt, and to move forward.
I’ve missed opportunities. Either because I didn’t recognize them or because fear got in the way. But I’ve also learned to overcome that fear and take action.
And honestly? I’ve never regretted saying YES to an opportunity for growth.
